The Communication of Tenancy Termination by all Lessee(s) is not complete thereby requiring this communication.
The Owner does not consent to a Holdover Tenancy for the remaining Lessee(s) thereby Surrender of the Premises is the End Date for the most recent signed Lease Agreement unless the remaining Lessee(s) communicates a formal request for a Holdover Tenancy.
In the event a request from the remaining Lessee(s), the Holdover Tenancy may continue if the remaining Lessee(s) submits a new application and our Underwriting Affordability Protocol result is an approval.
If the most recent incomplete Communication of Tenancy Termination is an oversight, please provide such Communication of Tenancy Termination for the remaining Lessee(s) including a new forwarding address.
