Owner consents to the occupancy of additional tenant as a request from the Lessee. Owner and Lessee acknowledge total tenants do not exceed the Fair Housing Initiative BOCA rule maximum occupants for the subject premises.
The following person is not a Lessee, and is an Occupant Dependent.
Lessee acknowledges the continuance of all responsibilities on the signed Lease Agreement.
